Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex establishes regular relations with higher educational institutions of the country and abroad. In particular, cooperation has been established between the AMMC and another higher education institution operating in our country today.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex and Termez Engineering and Technological Institute. According to the signed memorandum, the parties will carry out mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education and research. It is also aimed at strengthening and developing comprehensive cooperation in the field of mining activities, improving the quality of students' education, exchanging experience and improving the qualifications of specialists and teaching staff of the parties through interaction and exchange of theoretical and practical knowledge.

This memorandum was signed in order to ensure the implementation of the Presidential Decree of July 27, 2017 “On measures to further expand the participation of industries and sectors of the economy in improving the quality of training specialists with higher education.”

The memorandum was signed by Saadi Shermatov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of AMMC for Personnel and Social Affairs, and Oral Akhmedov, Rector of the Termez Institute of Engineering and Technology.
