For the period from January to June 2024, the workforce of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex achieved all forecast targets.
In particular, the complex has produced products worth 17,867,564,049,000 UZS, the forecast in this area has been fulfilled by 116.1%. Consumer goods worth 3,354,909,000 UZS were also produced.
In the first half of the year, the assignment for the extraction of copper ore was fulfilled by 101.8%, and for the production of copper cathode - by 100%. The growth rate for processing of copper raw materials was +102.4%.
The personnel of the Khandiza mining department have fulfilled assignments for the extraction of complex ore (101.1%) and its processing (100.5%). In addition, the growth rate of gold ore production was +100.6%.
The forecast targets for the production of copper sulfate, industrial selenium and tellurium, ammonium perrhenate, palladium powder and molybdenum trioxide were also fulfilled.
AMMC: products worth 283.3 million US dollars were exported in the first half of the year
For the period from January to June of this year, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex fulfilled all forecast targets for the export of manufactured products.
In particular, during the reporting period, products were exported for a total amount of 283,372,000 US dollars, the forecast target in this area was fulfilled by 106.7%.
In terms of products: 23,760 tons of copper products, 12,702 tons of zinc products, 370 tons of molybdenum products, 9,347 tons of lead concentrate were supplied to foreign consumers.
In addition, forecast targets for the export of rhenium, cadmium, copper sulfate, and palladium powder were met.
Today, the issue of production of high-value-added products from raw materials has been raised to the level of state policy in our country. Due to the rapid development of production in this area, the demand for copper in the domestic market of the country is growing day by day. And therefore, a lot of attention is paid to this issue at the AMMC.
