As part of the implementation of the Localization Program at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, products worth 1,174.5 billion soums were manufactured for 9 months of 2024 under 262 projects, the forecast was fulfilled by 104.4%.

The growth rate compared to the same period last year increased 4 times, the efficiency of import substitution amounted to 92.1 million US dollars.

As part of new projects, localized products worth 951.8 billion soums were manufactured.

In particular, in the context of enterprises where the Localization Program is being implemented: the Central Repair and Mechanical Plant manufactured products worth 62.4 billion soums under 110 projects, the Uzbek Technological Metals Plant manufactured products worth 97.7 billion soums under 31 projects. The copper smelter manufactured products worth 16.1 billion soums.

As part of the construction of the copper processing plant-3, metal structures were manufactured worth 558.4 billion soums, the explosives plant manufactured products worth 186 billion soums, and 8 mechanical repair sites manufactured products worth 25.3 billion soums. In addition, conveyor rollers were manufactured for 4 billion soums.

Products manufactured under the Localization Program were exported worth 1.79 million US dollars.

Due to industrial cooperation and the “take in tow” mechanism for the purpose of developing previously imported products by local manufacturers and the plant, during the reporting period of the current year, Almalyk Foundry and Mechanical Complex LLC produced foundry products worth 26.6 billion soums, repairs and services. Also, 172 new jobs were created.

“DIZEL DETAL SAVDO” LLC manufactured high-pressure rubber hoses with textile windings worth 4.6 billion soums. The enterprise also created 12 new jobs.

As part of the machine tool production project, the construction work of the “Avantec GP” LLC has been completed. Currently, work is underway on the delivery and installation of equipment. During the reporting period, the enterprise purchased two universal milling machines and five coordinate digital machines for the amount of 28.9 billion soums.

From the JV LLC “Deutsche innovationen Technologie AGMK” polypropylene washing towers and wire products were supplied for the amount of 1.8 billion soums.

“JFM LEGA GROUP” LLC supplied polymer microspheres for the amount of 6.5 billion soums, PE “NADIR RABER” - various types of belts for the amount of 1.1 billion soums.
