The management of "Almalyk MMC" JSC pays special attention to increasing production indicators, re-equipment and modernization of technical and technological equipment, construction of new production facilities, as well as increasing the level of digitalization.

In order to increase the level of automation of business processes and technological processes of the complex as part of the transformation of Almalyk MMC JSC, a work plan consisting of 27 measures for 2022 was approved and more than 30 additional projects are being implemented.

Within the framework of these works, the treatment-prophylactic and free meal vouchers given to the workers of the complex are being replaced from paper to electronic vouchers.

The "E-Talon" information system was developed in cooperation with the Department of Automation of Production and the Department for Social Affairs.

The ID card issued to each employee for entering the enterprise area is integrated into this program. The card can be used simultaneously as an electronic ticket for entering the premises of the enterprise and for meals.

Today, the paper ration cards issued to the employees at the Copper Enrichment Factory and the Copper Smelting Factory have been replaced by electronic coupons. This system is working in test mode in kitchens. It is planned to gradually switch to this system for the remaining structural units of the complex.

In accordance with this program, a treatment-preventive card and a tax-free food card are electronically downloaded to each person's ID card based on the monthly working rate according to the profession and collective agreement of the employees.

Employees receive food in accordance with rations 2.4 of sanitary norms and regulations 0184-05 and make an electronic payment calculation using an ID card.

Passes that have not been used by the employee are automatically canceled on the last day of each month, and an electronic pass is loaded for the new month based on the one-month working norm.

If e-passes are downloaded to the employee at the beginning of the month, and the employee goes on the next vacation or is on disability leave, accounting will calculate for the days he/she ate in the canteen.

The use of these ID cards by other persons is strictly prohibited.

As a result of the full operation of this system, processes such as printing paper vouchers, distributing them, and keeping reports will be abandoned. Automatic reporting allows efficient use of resources. In a word, unnecessary hassles are avoided and time is saved.
