AMMC: results of work with citizens' requests

During 2024, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex received 2,759 requests from individuals and legal entities.

Analyzing the requests received over 12 months of 2023 (4,238 pcs.), we can see that last year their number decreased by 1,479.

Of the total number of requests: 2,708 were received from individuals, 51 from legal entities. They were sent in the following forms: 977 - in writing, 1,153 - orally, 629 - electronically.

The main topics of appeals were issues of employment, reinstatement at work and change of job - 1,629 of these were registered. In addition, 299 appeals concerned the allocation of financial assistance, 208 - other issues of labor relations, 51 - fulfillment of contract terms, 23 - preschool education, 78 - land allocation, 94 - housing and communal services, 377 - other topics.

Following the review of 2,276 appeals, applicants were given legal explanations, 279 appeals were resolved positively. Based on Articles 29-30 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities", the consideration of 40 appeals was terminated or left without consideration. 106 appeals were denied for valid reasons. 9 appeals were sent to other organizations, 49 were under consideration at the time of analysis.

In connection with the organization of mass recruitment and the introduction of a transparent system of testing unemployed citizens for employment, 1,404 applications for employment and reinstatement were received during the reporting period. Compared to the same period in 2023 (2,499 pcs.), the number of requests decreased by 1,095.

All requests received were responded to in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On requests from individuals and legal entities".

In 2025, the priorities will remain ensuring the rule of law in handling requests, active interaction with citizens and increasing the efficiency of reviewing requests.
