In the structural divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, meetings between managers and employees are held on a regular basis, at which the latter’s requests are considered and studied.

One of these meetings took place on August 22 at the industrial railway transport department. During the event, which was held in the format of an open dialogue, requests and suggestions from employees were analyzed.

The event was attended by Sadi Shermatov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Almalyk MMC JSC for Personnel and Social Issues, and a number of other responsible persons. The speakers noted that management is always ready to listen to the problems and suggestions of employees. Management emphasized that shortcomings and problems need to be addressed in a coordinated manner.

Also during the event, a video was shown about investment projects being implemented in Industrial Railroad Transportation Department, which celebrated its 70th anniversary this year.

The heads of workshops and management workers expressed gratitude for the attention given to them and the festive events organized in connection with the anniversary of the enterprise.
