As is commonly known, advanced training courses for AMMC employees are held with the aim to improve and perfect their level of professionalism. The tasks that are solved during the learning process are important. These are the acquisition of new knowledge in the industry, as well as updating and renewing of existing skills; increasing the level of expertise; studying innovations in laws and regulations governing activities in the field; increasing productivity and optimization of business processes; strengthening of employee loyalty, as well as increasing of their motivation and involvement in work activities. This, in turn, contributes to improvement of the quality of manufactured products, as well as increasing of productivity.

In the divisions of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, specialists from the training center systematically organize advanced training courses. In particular, such courses were conducted for specialists from the energy service of the Kalmakyr mine administration at the AMMC engineering school.

The practical part of the course program for power engineers included visiting modern laboratories and getting acquainted with their activities; studying the features of advanced production equipment; monitoring of the operation of test benches and conducting of practical classes on them; mastering of modern IT technologies and automation systems, and much more.

These courses allowed employees to deepen their professional knowledge, to study modern energy-efficient solutions and develop skills in their use. At the same time, there was an opportunity to share experiences with other industry professionals.
