Digitalized learning test room is high efficiency factor

A modern test training room was put into use in the copper smelting plant, which is the last link in the technological production chain of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical combine, in order to improve the qualifications of specialists and further develop their professional skills.

This digitized test classroom was organized by the service specialists of the automated system of technological process management of the plant.

As informed by Jasurbek Matkarimov the leading engineer-programmer of the service, the test classroom is equipped with modern teaching technologies and is of great importance in improving the professional skills of metallurgists.

The main goal of the training test room is to train highly qualified technological personnel, control measuring instruments and automation adjusters, as well as engineer programmers in a short period of time to manage complex technological processes in the copper smelting plant in an automated system.

For example, before, it took 6 months to train such professions as Vanyukov furnace melter, Sulfuric acid shop operator, Engineer programmer, Control measuring instruments and automation adjuster during the technological process, but in the new test training room, this period is 1 lasts a month.

Another important aspect is that experts use the test room to try to eliminate errors and malfunctions that may occur in the automated control system of the technological process (Vanyukov furnace, sulfuric acid production shop) without interfering with the active control system.

In the classroom, methods of practical routine preparation and analysis of employees are also taught in case of accidents that may occur in the management of the technological process.

When there is a need to change the software project of the automated control system of the technological process, it is also possible to make changes in the project individually on the training test bench. This allows specialists to carry out an active technological process without interrupting it.

For example, stopping the Vanyukov furnace for 1 hour will have a huge impact on the production indicators.

The classroom was equipped with a Vanyukov furnace and a technological production process in a sulfuric acid workshop, and simulators of the equipment were also installed. There are portable models of devices such as copper casting anode furnace mockup, teaching stand, electric conductor, pneumatic actuator.

In the classroom, the teaching process is carried out through a simulator using the "Digital pair" program created by service programmers.

In a word, the digital test classroom organized at the factory ensures high efficiency in the retraining of specialists.
