A meeting was held on the implementation of the 2021 collective agreement of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex employees' union.

Today, protecting the rights of workers remains as urgent and primary task as ever. A lot of work is being done in this regard in our country. In particular, the trade union of the employees of the Almalyk mining and metallurgical complex joint-stock company has been achieving significant results in this regard. Annual results were summarized at the report conference held yesterday.

The conference held online through the Zoom platform was attended by the management of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, department heads, trade union committee chairmen, delegates and media representatives.

Today, the "Almalyk MMC" JSC employees' union, which operates through 41 primary organizations with 48 thousand 210 members, systematically organizes the improvement of the working conditions of the workers of the complex, labor protection and technical safety, health improvement works, and cultural recreation. is coming.

At the report meeting on the implementation of the collective agreement in 2021, the report of the Chairman of the Council of the Trade Union of the Complex Abdurashid Haydarov was heard.

In labor relations, social partnership between the employer and the trade union is carried out on the basis of the harmony of the interests of the parties. In particular, 29,699 employees, including 5,124 women, underwent medical examination during the past 2021. At the same time, 7,650 employees, pensioners and 226 employees with "Diabetes" who are in dispensary account were provided with financial assistance.

In the 10th section of the collective agreement of the "Almalyk MMC" JSC employees' union, the main attention is focused on the physical health of employees and sports activities. The trade union, in agreement with the employer, has appointed sports guides in each workshop in order to attract employees to mass sports during their free time in the complexd units, and they are paid a monthly bonus up to 1.64 times the minimum wage. During 2021, sports promoters held 195 sports and wellness events covering 4,683 people.

The work aimed at raising the spiritual level of young people, broadening their worldview and understanding of national identity is also the main focus of the trade union of the workers of the complex. "Metallurg" cultural palace has 488 young people from 4 to 25 years of age, 26 artistic amateur teams are working on a permanent basis, and during the reporting period, 499 different spiritual and educational events were held.

In order to expand the spiritual outlook of employees, to instill in them a sense of loyalty to the motherland, the joint trade union "Travel around Uzbekistan!" under the slogan, 2,564 workers of the complex traveled to the cities of Fergana, Khiva, Samarkand and Bukhara. 904 of our workers who participated in domestic tourism had the opportunity to enjoy the trip with the support of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

At the end of the conference, future plans and goals were determined based on the priority tasks of the "Almalyk MMC" JSC employees' union, which operates on the basis of the principle "For human dignity".

The implementation of the 2021 collective agreement of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex employees' union was considered satisfactory.
