In order to improve the work system of the Compliance - control service, which is operating in Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex a 3-day seminar training was organized for the employees of the enforcement apparatus.

Educational and practical processes were organized at the seminar on the topic "Relying on international standards in the formation of normative documents in the work system of the production-financial risk monitoring department and conducting transformational procedures." Educational materials were distributed to each participant.

On the first day of the training, the participants were divided into two groups, and the risks that may arise in the recruitment of employees, as well as in the purchase of goods and their accounting were considered.

On the second day of the training, special attention was paid to the control processes, evaluation and implementation of the internal control system.

At the end of the seminar, the participants strengthened their knowledge of the compliance system. In this, the main attention was paid to the components, programs and standards, legal basis of the management of the compliance, i.e., anti-corruption system.

The training was conducted by Larisa Baskakova, a representative of the international consulting company "Ernst and young advisory", which developed the project of the internal normative documents of the compliance control service of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

Such seminars and trainings are planned to be held in other units of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
