AMMC is one of the largest enterprises of the non-ferrous metallurgy industry of Uzbekistan, specializing in the mining and processing of rare, non-ferrous and precious metals from the land of our heavenly country. In the combined technological production chain, the processes from extracting ore to turning it into a finished product are carried out around the clock with the help of huge machines, complex machines and various technological units. This, in turn, requires that the above-mentioned techniques and technologies are always ready for work, and spare parts and components are in good condition. The Central Repair Mechanics Plant, which is considered the main executor of the localization program at the combine, is responsible for providing the necessary spare parts and components.
In particular, significant work is being done in this regard at the plant's vehicle and special equipment repair shop.
This shop, intended for overhauling existing heavy vehicles, special machinery and equipment at AMMC, consists of power engineering, electromechanics, restoration and production of parts, repair of bulldozers and loaders, and assembly and disassembly departments.
15 billion 408 million sums worth of work has been completed to date based on the localization program in the workshop. During 8 months, 6547 pieces of non-standard equipment, 90 spare parts for 54NS pumps of the 1st and 2nd copper enrichment plants, and 235 spare parts for pumps branded Grat were prepared for the Mining Department. Also, 636 necessary spare parts and components for BelAZ dump trucks of the Technological Transport Department and 1005 for wagons of the Angren and Chodak mining departments were produced at the workshop itself. In addition, 65 zulfins of the copper enrichment plant were repaired
According to the head of the workshop Ilhom Jorayev, a number of technological equipment was brought to the workshop in order to increase production efficiency. In particular, SK5250 rotary lathe equipment was brought. This equipment is used for mechanical processing of details with a diameter of 5 m and a height of 3 meters. Also introduced this year is the DS-3015 laser cutting machine. On this machine, details with a thickness of 1 mm to 20 mm are cut by laser. The machine is characterized by high precision cutting. As a result, there is no need for mechanical processing of the details cut on the machine. It also saves time and electricity. In the future, it is planned to bring digitized technological equipment to the workshop. Modern technological equipment provides high efficiency and plays an important role in reducing the cost of products.
