Development and introduction of innovative technologies established at JSC "Almalyk MMC" in order to develop effective mechanisms for creating favorable conditions for further development of innovative potential, to consistently implement complex measures aimed at developing scientific and innovative activities and supporting it in all respects technological center today has become an important link for research and development related to the application of innovative technologies and enabling the production of products at the level of world standards.
This center, which has been providing technical and technological support to combined enterprises in the coordination of technologies, conducts research on the enrichment of existing technologies and the development of new technologies, the implementation of new promising scientific developments in production, participation in the introduction of high-efficiency equipment and technological processes. Special attention is being paid to semi-industrial pilot tests for the implementation of investment projects of AMMC. Rinat Nigmadjanov, the head of the Experimental Enrichment Factory within the center, expresses the following opinions about the works being carried out in this direction.
Already in 1952, when the experimental beneficiation factory started its activity, for the first time on the scale of the industry of our country, the technologies of beneficiation of oxidized ores were successfully tested based on the method of Professor Vladimir Mostovich. It was these researches that formed the basis for the stable establishment of the production and technological system at the Copper Enrichment Factory. Later, a series of semi-industrial research tests were carried out at the Experimental Enrichment Factory on copper-molybdenum, polymetallic, gold-containing ores and semi-finished products of enrichment. In a word, during the past 72 years of its activity, the Experimental Enrichment Factory has become an experiment and research area that defines the prospects of combined enrichment processes.
Currently, our team is carrying out semi-industrial tests using the rough concentrate re-extraction scheme according to the technological scheme of the 2nd copper enrichment plant in the "Yellow Hill" and "Yoshlik I" mines. Before embarking on this task, the program of conducting industrial tests, the procedure for its implementation and the map were developed by ITCh and JQTM. At the same time, semi-industrial tests with and without regrinding are being carried out on the foamed products of the main flotation of minerals from these mining areas.
Research is also being conducted on the technological scheme of processing minerals of the "Revashta" mine and the selection of reagents, as well as determining the efficiency of many reagents that are planned to be purchased in cooperation with the Department of Material and Technical Supply of the combine. It is expected that the laboratory research tests carried out for the final confirmation of the results of the previous tests on the new flotation reagents, which are the products of the "Kvadrat Plus" company, will serve to increase the enrichment efficiency of the ores of the "Kalmoqqir" mine. In addition, it is planned to carry out current laboratory test studies based on the instructions of the station, the management and experts of the complex. One of our plans for the next few years is to carry out comprehensive tests for the joint processing of sulfide ores and over-balance ores from the combined mining areas "Kalmoqqir" and "Yoshlik I" for the 4th Copper Enrichment Factory. Olga Proskuryakova factory engineer-technologist, Husniya Baratova, Dilfuza Rahmatova, Feruza Boyirova laboratory flotationists, Dilbar Guzarova sorter of analysis samples, Abdulaziz Abdumalikov mill machinist, Bobur Abdukarimov gas-electric welder, Ilshat Radjapov mechanic, Abduhamid Nasirov electrical fitter have been adding their appropriate contributions for consistent performance of the above-mentioned tasks.
In addition to semi-industrial tests and laboratory research, it is worth noting that large-scale work is carried out in the framework of the greening of the environment and the "Green Space" program at our factory. In particular, with the efforts of our united team, the poplars planted in the spring of this year have grown to their full height. Particular attention is paid to the care of annual and perennial flowers and various exotic plants. Irrigation networks were laid to ensure the maintenance of seedlings and sprouts. It should be noted that our employees Sayyora Kurdosheva, Malohat Turdiboyeva, Odina Pardabayeva, Oksana Graboveskaya and Sevara Ubaidullayeva are actively participating in landscaping and beautification works.
To sum up, the team of the Experience Enrichment Factory, which is seriously approaching the tasks assigned to them and is making strides towards their implementation, will continue to contribute to the economic efficiency of the combine with their joint efforts.
