(+998 71) 619-23-33During a video conference held under the leadership of the head of our state, tasks were set for training personnel in engineering fields and improving the work of universities, as well as introducing dual education. In order to implement them, a number of significant initiatives are being implemented at Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
In particular, cooperation has been established between AMMC and the Almalyk branch of Tashkent State Technical University. Within the framework of the partnership, branches of the Mining and Mining Electromechanics departments of the faculty of this higher educational institution began to operate on the basis of the copper processing complex and the Kalmakyr mine administration.
Representatives of the training center of the complex and the university attended the ceremonial opening of the branches. During the event, long-term plans for organizing the educational process based on mutual cooperation were discussed.
In these branches, university teachers will conduct classes for specialists of production units.
The implementation of this project will allow students to gain practical knowledge directly in the production environment, gain valuable experience and develop professional skills in accordance with their chosen specialty.
For reference: within the framework of cooperation, it is planned to open new branches of the departments in the future: in metallurgy - on the basis of the zinc and copper smelters, in chemistry - in the central analytical laboratory, in mechanics - in the central repair and mechanical complex, in energy - in the electrical networks department.
Ulugbek Igamberdiev,
