Technological transport management team of the AMMC was pleased with good news: its transportation shop No. 4 met the forecast indicators ahead of schedule.
The main task of the division, established in 2021, is transportation of various types of cargoes in the structural subdivisions of the Complex.
For 2023, 2,707,200 cubic meters or 6,326,000 tons of cargo was assumed to be transported.
In fact, the forecast has already been fulfilled by 119.9%: 3,246,400 cubic meters or 7,813,500 tons of cargo have been delivered to their destinations.
The shop currently has 61 units of vehicle transportation equipment: 48 heavy-duty dump trucks “BelAZ-7540” with carrying capacity of 30 tons and 13 units of equipment used for agricultural work.
Integrating education and production
Economic reforms are developing rapidly in our country, and hard and consistent work is being done to create an open and transparent market in order to ensure high economic efficiency. One of the important components of economic development is project management.
In this regard, the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized training courses to improve the qualifications of Faculty members, staff and students in this area, and an expert of the European organization SES (Senior Experten Service) in project management, Professor of Aalen University Mr. Ulrich Holzbaur was invited as one of the lecturers.
In order to obtain practical knowledge on information systems project management, which allows to achieve strategic goals, define tasks important for the development of the company, as well as to allocate and direct resources for their implementation, within the framework of the training program, on November 13, students of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Professor of Aalen University Mr. Ulrich Holzbaur visited Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
It should be noted that the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship provides the necessary managerial staff for the development of the economy of the Republic, including higher education, postgraduate education, training and retraining. The Higher School also trains masters of sciences, research and teaching staff in such in-demand fields as small business and entrepreneurship, digital economy, and management.
During their visit to AMMC, the guests were interested in the issues of planning and management of complex projects, as well as methods and tools for the development of information systems projects.
Deputy Chief Technology Engineer of JSC “Almalyk MMC” - Head of Technical Department Abdukakhar Saynazarov talked about the progress of investment projects.
The guests were also acquainted with the archeological museum and the museum of labor glory of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
Then the students of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship visited the viewing platform of the Kalmakyr mine, where the leading specialists of the mine administration talked about the technological process of mining and processing of copper-molybdenum ores.
During the visit of the delegation the issues of advanced training of specialists of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex at the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship were discussed.
