As part of the “Digital AMMC-2030” concept, the works have been completed on implementation and commissioning of the “Mining Dispatcher” automated dispatch control system in the mines of the Angren Mine Administration.
The main objectives of the system include increasing the safety of personnel and in-mine transport; reduction of industrial injuries associated with collisions with self-propelled equipment; increasing operational control by dispatch services and engineering personnel over personnel and equipment during mining operations.
Acting Deputy Chairman of Board for Digitalization A. Nadirov, the specialists from the department of information technology and production automation management, together with the heads of the mines, familiarized the workers of the “Kyzyl Alma” and “Razvedochnaya” mines with the operation of the system.
During the familiarization, the analysis was carried out of the work of the operational personnel responsible for monitoring the movement of miners and vehicles in underground mines, as well as checking compliance with medical examinations within the framework of the ESMO system (electronic medical examination system) and the correct operation of mine head radio lights equipped with tags for precise positioning.
As a result of the implementation of the system in the second half of 2023, labor productivity in the mines increased by 5%, and the level of workers with high blood pressure decreased from 10% to 3%. It was also possible to optimize jobs up to 10 units, which in financial terms amounts to more than 2 billion UZS per year.
Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations were given for the rational use of the automated system, and tasks were set to further improve monitoring and generate reports.
