As is known, on May 18, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping adopted the Program for the Development of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in a New Era between the two countries for 2023-2027.

In their presence, 41 documents were also signed between government agencies and companies. Among them: Agreement between the governments of Uzbekistan and China on technical and economic cooperation; Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China to promote priority investment projects and much more.

As part of this work, representatives of the company from the People's Republic of China "Zhejiang Wanma Co., Ltd" visited the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

This company, founded in 2009, specializes in the production of power lines, distribution networks, as well as various wires, including for computer systems.

Representatives of the management of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex met with leading specialists of the Chinese company. During the meeting, guests were provided with detailed information about the activities of AMMC's structural divisions, development prospects, and ongoing investment projects. In turn, representatives of the Chinese company introduced the meeting participants to the products they manufacture and the services they provide.

Also during the excursion, guests visited the observation decks of the Kalmakyr mine and the copper processing Complex-3 under construction.
