+998 71 619 23 33Today, the core idea of the large-scale reforms being implemented in our country is based on the principle of “For Human Dignity.” The most important criterion for the activities of state bodies, public organizations and major business entities is the establishment of direct, open and effective dialogue with the people.
At the beginning of the current year, two important documents adopted by the Head of our State and our Government — Decree No. PF-51 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 1, 2026, and Resolution No. PQ-30 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 30, 2026 — elevated our work in the field of handling appeals to a completely new qualitative level.
These regulatory legal documents impose great responsibility on state bodies and organizations, as well as on major business entities, in terms of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
The implementation of these newly adopted systematic requirements can also be clearly seen in the example of appeals received by Joint-Stock Company “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex” during the past six months of the current year.
