These issues were the focus of the meeting held on 8 July, during which the HR department's performance in the first half of the year was summarized and priorities for the near future were identified.
The meeting was attended by S. Dusimbetov, Head of the Human Resources (HR) Department of the Central Office of Almalyk MMC; D. Khamzaev, Head of the Security and Secrecy Department; S. Holhujaev, Leading Compliance Specialist; and HR officers of Complex.
The participants reviewed in detail the results of the work carried out in the first half of the year. Particular attention was paid to the personnel development programs, measures to develop human resources, and initiatives aimed at strengthening motivation and improving the HR management system.
Following the meeting, key objectives for the upcoming period were identified. These included further development of the HR function, the implementation of modern human resources management tools, and improved efficiency of HR processes.
The results of staffing work were also presented. During the first half of 2026, the HR Department of the Central Office, together with the internal commission, conducted 39 competitive selections for vacant positions.
All job advertisements were published in the Complex official website and social media. Candidates' submitted documents were pre-screened to ensure they met established qualification requirements, after which they passed theoretical and practical tests.
