Personnel policy at AMMC: annual review and priority tasks for the future

On December 19 of this year, a reporting meeting was held at JSC "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex," summarizing the work done in the field of human resources during 2025 and outlining priority tasks for 2026.

The event was attended by the Head of the Human Resources (HR) Department Sh. Dosimbetov, the Head of the Confidentiality and Procedure Department D. Khamzaev, the Legal Counsel of the Legal Department A. Aralov and the 1st category Legal Counsel S. Imanova, responsible employees of the Human Resources (HR) Department, heads of personnel bureaus of the complex's structural subdivisions, heads of personnel departments, and senior personnel inspectors.

Speaking at the event, Sh. Dosimbetov reported on a number of measures implemented in the field of human resources at the complex during 2025. He stated that in order to properly and timely organize the hiring process in 2025, 68 recruitment trials were conducted at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, resulting in the hiring of a total of 1,750 citizens. It was also noted that employment was secured for 1,458 graduates from higher education and secondary specialized educational institutions.

Speaking at the meeting, D. Khamzaev provided a detailed explanation of the procedure and grounds for issuing permits for employees to work at particularly important and classified facilities.

Additionally, during the meeting, S. Imanova spoke, emphasizing that representatives of the field should be meticulous when preparing draft orders regarding the termination of employment contracts and the application of disciplinary measures. She also noted the importance of staying constantly informed about new or amended laws.

During the meeting, detailed explanations were provided to the participants about the upcoming population and agricultural census in our country. Specifically, it was highlighted that as part of the census, state bodies and organizations are expected to ensure the registration of all employees working in their system on the census.stat.uz portal from January 15 to January 31, 2026.

At the event, officials also presented information on priority tasks in the field of human resources at the plant for 2026.
