Dear workers of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, citizens of Almalyk town!

I cordially congratulate you on the 32^nd anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of our country!

The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is, first of all, evidence of the freedom of our Motherland, the main document legally guaranteeing the present and future of our people, laying the foundations for their happy and prosperous life.

I am pleased and proud to note that during the celebration of the yet another anniversary of the adoption of our Constitution by all sectors of Uzbekistan, large-scale creative and constructive work is also being carried out at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex aimed at the further prosperity of our country.

In recent years, as a result of consistent implementation of the tasks set before us, we have achieved enormous success in the fields of economics, construction, and the introduction of new technologies into production.

A striking example is the construction of social and industrial facilities and the intensive development of new technologies in production. All these successes are the result of your dedicated work. I would like to note that every representative of the complex workforce, regardless of ethnicity, language and religion, is a direct participant and creator of the changes and updates taking place today.

And on this difficult, responsible and honorable path that we are overcoming, building a new complex in New Uzbekistan, fastidious work is carried out daily to protect the constitutional rights of each worker, to create more dignified working conditions.

Our pioneering work on development and modernization of production, increasing capacity, and improving the competitiveness of manufactured products continues at full speed. Our work in supporting of the initiatives and ideas of young people who act as builders of the future is also at a high level.

In his speech at a meeting of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to declare the year 2025 to be the Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy in our country. This offers us new challenges and new responsibilities. Priority issues include the introduction of “green” technologies, water conservation, a sharp increase in green areas, solving the waste disposal problem and, most importantly, improving public health.

We have also defined large-scale tasks for the implementation of the noble goals defined by our Constitution, improvement of the “green” economy, increasing of the well-being of the population, and development of the social sphere.

Together we shall achieve our goals. All of them, without a doubt, will be brought to their logical conclusion!

May the opportunities provided by our Constitution bring happiness and joy to the lives of each of us and to the lives of all citizens of our beautiful and unique Uzbekistan. On this special day, I would like to wish you long life, good health, success in all good endeavors, and well-being in your family!

May peace, stability, harmony and prosperity always reign in our country!
