On behalf of all the men of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, I congratulate you on the holiday - International Women’s Day!

On these wonderful spring days, we say sincere words of love and gratitude to our mothers, grandmothers, wives, daughters, sisters and colleagues.

We admire your unique beauty and great inner strength, your ability to create home comfort, devote yourself entirely to raising children and at the same time achieve great success in a variety of fields of activity.

Your warmth, sensitivity, care and reliable support accompany us throughout our lives - both in moments of joy and in days of trials.

We know that no one in the world knows how to be infinitely devoted to their relatives, family, their work and country as you do.

Today, the country’s leadership is implementing a policy aimed at creating conditions for people to feel confident in the future, for families to be created and strengthened, for their well-being to increase. All the efforts undertaken for this endeavor are most closely connected with the institution of family and motherhood, with the great role of Women in our society.

Much attention is also paid to the female workers of our complex. Your hard work and great responsibility allow you to achieve high results, you serve as an example for us, approaching any task patiently, conscientiously, creatively.

We will continue to create conditions for the disclosure and realization of your potential, sports, active involvement in public and cultural life, including with the participation of the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality.

Providing favorable working and living conditions for the female workers of the plant, organizing rest and health improvement for them and their families will be the focus of our attention.
