Was born in 1958 in Tashkent region.

Education – higher. In 1991 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, in 1983 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, a background - non-ferrous metallurgy. Academic title - professor, academician.

Has a state award, received in 2000 the "Mehnat Shukhrati".

1975-1976 - Locksmith scholar for repairing excavators, locksmith of the 1st category of the machine shop of the Kurgashin mine of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex

 1976-1978 - Military service

 1978-1980 - Fitter of 2-nd rank of the forge-welding shop of the central repair and mechanical plant of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex

 1980-1983 - Lloader of the equipment department, operator for maintenance of dust and gas catching plants of 3-rd 4-th rank of zinc plant of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex

 1983-1984 - Assistant of the Department "Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals" of Tashkent Polytechnic Institute
