Was born in 1958 in Tashkent region.
Education – higher. In 1991 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, in 1983 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, a background - non-ferrous metallurgy. Academic title - professor, academician.
Has a state award, received in 2000 the "Mehnat Shukhrati".

1975-1976 - Locksmith scholar for repairing excavators, locksmith of the 1st category of the machine shop of the Kurgashin mine of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex

Duties:
- organization of research works, including within the framework of the implementation of applied researchrogram in the field of non-ferrous, precious, rare metals and hard alloys, participation in the development and implementation of new technologies and innovative developments;
- formulation of problematic issues for the plant, for the solution of which, it is necessary to involve domestic and foreign scientific institutions;
- coordination of activities related to the development of new equipment, methods and technologies, carrying out pilot trials, production of a pilot batch of products;
- coordination of issues related to the training of scientific personnel of the highest qualification and advanced training of scientific and technical workers.
