Cooperation with Belarusian enterprises

As previously reported, during the visit of Leonid Marinich, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Belarus to Uzbekistan, to the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex yesterday, the establishment of cooperation in a number of fields was discussed.

In the framework of these cooperation relations, on June 8 of this year a delegation led by the deputy chairman of "Bellesbumprom" concern Gennady Dikovisky came to the complex.

The delegation consisting from Yuriy Luka the director of the republican unitary enterprise "Zavod gazetnoy bumagi", Alla Kuzmenkova the head of the department for the construction of houses and small architectural forms, Andrey Mutilovich the director of "Lidastroymaterialy" OJSC, Alexander Susheniar the deputy director of "Belpromproekt" Unitary Enterprise firstly visited the “Kalmogyr” and “Yoshlik-1” mines, then they visited the newly built 3rd copper enrichment plant.  

After that, the guests presented projects and proposals for the use of Belarusian wooden houses in the recreational facilities of the complex. They got acquainted with the projects of the buildings of the "Blue Mountains" recreation center. The leadership of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex and members of the delegation held negotiations on expanding the ways of cooperation.

For information, "Bellesbumprom" concern unites and manages about 50 organizations of different forms of ownership. Collective enterprises are the largest producers of a number of products made of wood and paper in the republican market.

The production activities of the concern's enterprises are currently divided into three areas: wood processing, furniture production and pulp and paper industry.

Currently, reconstruction works are being carried out, and this resort will be given a completely new look. Camping (cabins) will also be completely renovated. The workers of the complex are relaxing in the summer heat in an air-conditioned resort.

This resort is located in the heart of Kurama mountains, the total area is 21 hectares. The average height of the Kurama mountain range is 3 km, and the highest peak is 3767 m. Another important feature is the permanent snow on the top of this mountain, which is the source of water for the Ohangaron (Angren) river, which is 236 km long.
