+998 71 619 23 33As part of the implementation of the first stage of the investment project "Development of the Yoshlik I deposit" and the first stage of expansion of production of non-ferrous and precious metals based on the deposits of JSC “Almalyk MMC”, the automated control system for the mining transport complex (ACS MTC) is currently being implemented at the Yoshlik-I and Kalmakyr quarries.
Currently, work is in the final stage on installing on-board equipment on EKG excavators, SBSh drilling rigs, BelAZ dump trucks and road construction equipment used in the quarries.
In the Industrial Rail Transport Department, work is being carried out to equip traction units with on-board equipment as part of the project. To date, 43 traction units have been equipped with equipment consisting of a tablet, an ID card reader and a SOWA video recorder.
The installed equipment will improve the level of safety, strengthen speed control and improve the efficiency of traction unit operators. The system software helps to evaluate performance, predict maintenance needs and reduce time and resource costs.
The automated control system for the mining and transport complex will optimize train schedules, reduce downtime and use rolling stock more efficiently. It will also ensure control over compliance with safety regulations and prompt response to any deviations.
Thanks to the system, the management of the Industrial Railway Transport Department will receive complete and up-to-date data on the activities of railway transport, which will allow them to make informed management decisions.
The introduction of an automated control system in industrial rail transport is a step into the future, where technologies ensure not only high efficiency, but also safety. Such innovations create a new transportation model, where errors and downtime are minimized, and the management process becomes as transparent and controllable as possible.
