Currently, the investment project "Development of the Yoshlik-1 mine" is being implemented rapidly in order to expand the production capacity of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.
Currently more than 550 pieces of mining and transport equipment which total value is 293.7 million US dollars were delivered to the "Yoshlik 1" mine based on import agreement and 112 pieces of transport equipment which total value is 83.9 million US dollars were delivered to the "Yoshlik 1" mine with local production enterprises of our country.
In addition, in July of this year, the "Grinding Sorting Complex" in the amount of 5 billion 692 million 500 thousand sums was delivered. This complex was purchased from “AMS INDUSTRIAL GROUP” company of Iran. It is worth mentioning that Iran is one of the leading countries in the production and supply of grinders.
The main task of this complex is to prepare the road surface for the construction and repair processes of technological highways in the "Yoshlik 1" mine. This complex crushes and sorts loose rock.
The equipment is mainly divided into jaw and rotor crushers. The first equipment grinds rocks with a fraction of up to 170 mm, and sends those from 0 mm to 50 mm directly to the second equipment. Rocks are crushed here in 3 different fractions, from 20 mm to 40 mm, from 40 mm to 60 mm and from 60 to 80 mm.
Its production capacity is 1100 cubic meters per day and 375 thousand cubic meters per year.
The new equipment is portable and can be moved to any location.
The work of assembling the equipment began on July 20, and at first, the workers of the "Almalykmetallurgqurilish" trust installed retaining walls. Currently, the representatives of the Iranian company are engaged in the complete assembly and assembly of the crusher.
Of course, the purchased new, modern equipment not only ensures production efficiency, but also creates comfortable working conditions for employees. After this complex is put into operation, all roads and drainage canals in the Yoshlik 1 mine will be covered with a crushed road surface.
