The Council of the Youth Union of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex pays special attention to active youth and children of the employees of Complex.
Currently, thanks to the support of especially gifted youth, 2 of our young specialists are studying for a doctorate at the Freiberg Mining Academy (Germany). Two more of our young specialists are continuing their doctoral studies at Akita University in Japan. We intend to continue working in this direction this year.
The issue of introducing rationalization proposals put forward by the talented youth of the plant into production is being considered.
In order to create conditions for self-development and advanced training of the youth of Complex, a modern Engineering School has been built.
It is also planned to organize language courses for young people who want to learn foreign languages in the near future.
Along with this, practical work is being fruitfully carried out to prevent crime among young people, to protect them from the negative influence of alien movements and destructive ideas.
I can say with confidence that work to support young people will continue.
