• Current and long-term prediction of production operation and technical development of JSC ‘Almalyk MMC’.
• Managing technical preparation of production processes, monitoring maintenance procedures in the Complex’ concentration, metallurgical and sulfuric acid production facilities, enhancement of scientific and technological progress, growth rates of product volumes, labor costs saving, and improvement of product quality.
• Participation in development and commissioning new and resource-saving technologies.
• Managing carrying out research works.
• Development and monitoring implementation of the production localization program.
