Major tasks:

• High-quality and timely solving technical issues and tasks of the Combine management.

• Implementation of current and future forecasting of production and technical development of “Almalyk MMC” JSC.

• Organization of technical preparation of production, control over technological discipline in the processing, metallurgical, sulfuric acid and cement production of the enterprise, acceleration of scientific and technological progress, growth rates of product production, reduction of labor costs and improvement of product quality.

• Participation in the development and implementation of new and resource-saving technologies into production.

• Implementation of production programs by concentrating, metallurgical enterprises, sulfuric acid and cement production, subject to their timely provision with fuel, energy and material and technical resources.

• Achieving a given level of utilization of production capacity and production of certain critical types of products.

• Release of high quality products, expansion of the range of products with high added value. 

• Implementation of measures aimed at saving fuel, energy and material and technical resources.
