Biography:

Born in 1980 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent region.

Higher education. In 2001, he graduated from the Tashkent Road Institute, specializing in Transport Operation.

Duties:

coordinates and organizes interaction of the structural divisions subordinate to him with the divisions of the Plant in accordance with functional responsibilities;

coordinates and controls performance of the functional responsibilities of the divisions subordinate to him;

ensures the fulfillment of production and technical indicators at the Plant, their production activities;

coordinates the development of development programs at the Plant;

manages the production and technical activities of the Plant and signs outgoing and internal correspondence in the following areas:

- development and introduction of new equipment, technologies, mechanization and automation of production processes with research, design and engineering organizations,

- performance of contract works on the repair, modernization of the main and auxiliary technological equipment of production divisions,

- supply and use of electricity, natural gas, water, other material and technical resources,

- metrology, certification, diagnostics, inspection and maintenance, environmental review, development of projects of environmental, technical and other standards and technical conditions;

develops the projects for technical and administrative modernization of the Plant;

manages the work in the field of providing the Plant's divisions with transport for process transportation and other transport vehicles upon requests necessary for the full functioning and activity of the Plant, in accordance with functional responsibilities;

coordinates and monitors the performance of the functional responsibilities of the Transport and Logistics Department;

coordinates the organization of smooth work of automobile, process and rail transport, the efficient use of vehicles and mechanisms on the balance sheet of all divisions of the Plant;

coordinates the development and improvement of the work of transport departments, the introduction of new equipment and processes in cargo transportation;

coordinates the provision of the Plant's divisions with motor vehicles;

coordinates the rational use of fuels and lubricants (F&L) and technical equipment of automobile and rail transport;

coordinates the increase in the productivity of vehicles and the reduction of transportation costs based on the maximum use of internal reserves, reducing the downtime of the wagon fleet of JSC “O’zbekistan Temir Yollari” and LPG under cargo operations;

represents the interests of the Plant in all governmental, public and other organizations, law enforcement agencies, institutions and enterprises on all issues related to the activities of the Plant, within the powers determined by the power of attorney and these Regulations;

in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the collective agreement of the Plant, sign orders on involving employees in work on holidays and public holidays;

in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the collective agreement of the plant, sign orders on business trips of employees;

ensures timely execution of urgent and special instructions of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the general meeting of shareholders, the Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the Management Board;

ensures the executive discipline of the departments supervised by him;

carries out other actions related to the production and technical activities of the Plant.

The Deputy Chairman of Board – Chief Engineer is responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to him above, the stability of production, the state of fulfillment of production and technical indicators at the Plant.
