Biography:
Born in 1985 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Higher education. In 2010 he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, majoring in computer science and information technology. In 2024, he completed his master's degree at South Korean Ajou University.

DUTIES:
- Timely and high-quality implementation of projects provided for by the “Digital Uzbekistan-2030” strategy;
- Development and timely implementation of digital transformation programs that provide for the widespread introduction of information systems and resources;
- Creation of the necessary conditions for electronic document flow among the plant’s divisions, as well as for further optimization of electronic services and business processes;
- Further development and improvement of the data center, server equipment, IP telephony and other infrastructure;
- Creating the necessary conditions for the digitalization of the plant, stimulating digitalization processes, including the introduction of integrated automated management systems;
- Organization of the development of programs, concepts and strategies in the field of digitalization together with interested ministries and departments.
