On July 5, the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality of the complex, established pursuant to the order of the Chairman of the Board of Almalyk MMC JSC dated October 6, 2023 “On the establishment of an advisory council on equal rights and opportunities for women and men”, summed up the work for the first half of the year.
A collective agreement is a legal act that regulates social and labor relations in an organization and is concluded by employees and the employer represented by their representatives.
Issues of labor protection and industrial safety are under the special control of the management and the Trade Union Council of JSC “Almalyk MMC”. An example of this was the meeting held on April 19 in the hall of the Almalyk branch of NRTU “MISA”.
On January 23 of this year, the executive office held the reporting meeting of the Advisory Council on Women and Gender Equality of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, dedicated to the results of 2023 and the work plan for 2024.
On January 18, in the “Metallurg” Palace of Culture, a meeting was held on the state of affairs in labor protection and industrial safety in the divisions of AMMC based on the results of 2023.
At the end of 2023, the workforce of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex completed all production tasks.
