Biography:
Born in 1963 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent region.
Higher education. In 1990 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, specializing in technology and complex mechanization of underground mining of mineral deposits.
Labor activity:
1981-1981 – 4th Grade Miner of the Angrensky open pit of the Sredazugol production association of the Angrensky open pit of the Sredazugol production association
1982-1982 – 2nd category track fitter of the Angrensky open-pit mine of the Sredazugol Production Association
1982-1984 – Military service

Duties:
- Control over the creation of safe and healthy working conditions in the Company’s structural subdivisions, compliance with labor protection and industrial safety legislation;
- Organization of control over the Company employees’ compliance with safety standards and rules, training of employees in safe work practices aimed at reducing of occupational injuries;
- Organization of periodic certification of workplaces for working conditions and equipment injuries.
