On April 19, 2022 in Almalyk branch of National Research Technological University “Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys” a meeting was held between the management of AMMC and representatives of the international company “Datamine International Ltd”.
The Kalmokkir deposit is the first link in the production chain of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine. The ore is mined here and loaded onto electric locomotives by mining excavators and sent to a copper concentrator for crushing.
Pursuant to Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures on expanding production capacities of “Almalyk MMC” JSC at “Yoshlik I” deposit” dated March 1, 2017 and “On measures on accelerating modernization of production capacities, technical and technological re-equipment of industries” dated December 25, 2018, works on construction of Copper Concentrator-3 are continued and significant changes in this direction are noted.
This year, a new subdivision appeared in the industrial railway transport department of AMMC - the supervisory control and data acquisition system service (SCADA).
In the first quarter, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex met its targets under the localization program.
In the first three months of this year, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex, in addition to meeting production targets, has achieved a high rate of exports.

Today, representatives of the German company “TAKRAF GmbH” had visited the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex.

Today, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Uzbekistan, Abdujabbor Rakhmonzoda, visited the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine.
The issue of reducing production costs remains relevant at all times. Reducing costs is the most important reserve for optimizing profits, reducing product prices, and, consequently, increasing competitiveness.
