In the course of implementing the main priority areas of the Social and Economic Development Program, the team of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex (AMMC) achieved the following results for January–September 2025:
From October 7 to 10 this year, a training program for corporate secretaries of state-owned enterprises was organized at the Westminster International University in Tashkent within the framework of the Chapter Zero Uzbekistan initiative.
Systematic measures are being implemented in Uzbekistan to ensue the effective integration of education and labor market, develop human capital, and introduce a qualification assessment system aligned with international standards.

Among them, cooperation with Germany’s Freiberg University of Technology – Mining Academy continues to strengthen year by year.

At present, under the “Digital AMMC-2030” concept, large-scale iniativies are underway to integrate digital technologies into all areas of the plant’s operations. These efforts are aimed at improving the efficiency of business and production processes, optimizing the use of fuel and energy resources, minimizing paper and document circulation, and reducing the cost of production.
