At the forefront of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan Independence, one of the most joyful and unforgettable events of my life took place.
Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex headily proceeds with the phased construction of infrastructure facilities for one of the largest and most strategically significant investment projects in the history of the country’s non-ferrous metallurgy industry - Copper Concentrator-3.
Recently, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On awarding of a group of public officers, factory workers and workers of the socio-economic spheres in connection with the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, a group of AMMC employees were awarded high state awards.

Every nation has such dates that leave an indelible mark not only on the pages of history, but also in the memory and hearts of descendants.
The regular preventive meetings were held at the Industrial Rail Transport Department, the Olmalikmetallurgkurilish Trust, and the Automobile Transport Department.
On August 19, a seminar on the topic “A healthy woman is the key to a healthy life and new achievements” was held for women working at the plant.
The volume of works completed for this period amounted to 117% of target, exceeding the previous year result for the same period - 104%.
One of these exercises took place on August 17 at the Balykty site of the Yoshlik I mine.
The large-scale transformations currently underway at the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex also serve to achieve these noble goals.
In recent years, the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex has consistently developed cooperation with educational institutions and study of advanced practices.
Once the plant reaches its design capacity, it will produce 2,200 tons of products per day, or 737 thousand tons per year.
